The Joan Cave Memorial Cup
Dr Roy and Mrs Judith Evison. Roy and Judith ran and walked from John o' Groats to Land's End taking 119 days to complete the journey and raising £10,000 for Cancer Research.
They made the journey in a very strange way. Each morning Judith would leave Roy to set off running, she would drive approximately 10 miles in their campervan. Having parked the van in a safe place she would start off walking to meet up with Roy she would hand over the keys to the campervan and continue to walk to where they had started out that morning and so this continued untill they arrived at Land's End. So if our reckoning is correct, Judith in fact walked backwards to Land's End, or was it John o' Groats, Roy ran all the way to Land's End and the campervan actually completed the journey three times!!
The Charlie Hankins Memorial Trophy
Chris Copple. Chris completed a flight in his Microlight Aircraft from John o' Groats to Land's End in 6 hours. We also understand he completed the journey both ways in one day. We are currently trying to have this recognised by the Alternative Book of Guinness Records, we will report this when and if we get confirmation.
The Cock O' the North Shield.

Travelling from Land's End to John o' Groats on their mopeds, the group of 13 took 10 days to complete the journey, one member, Frank Brzeski suffered from mechanical distress on a daily basis, on one occasion at a Travel Inn because of bad weather he took his bike up in the lift to his bedroom to repair it.

Nick is a very tall guy who is also a channel swimmer, when he started he was accompanied by his daughter Claire, she however was unable to keep up with her Dad's long strides and had to leave him to finish the journey on his own, deciding to return later to complete her own journey.
